We are proud of our new hospital building, with 2 surgical suites, 4 exam rooms, and a spacious lobby with separate areas for cats & dogs. We look forward to taking care of your new puppy or kitten, to watch them grow, and to keep them healthy life long. We would also be proud to care for your older pet too! Our staff is compassionate and caring, with a genuine love for animals.

    Dr. Laurie Schultz graduated from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. She has been practicing at Eldersburg Veterinary Hospital since 1989. She is the mother of four children and raises chickens for 4-H. She also has 5 cats, 1 rabbit and a rat. She thoroughly enjoys private practice especially dermatology and ophthalmology.

    Dr. Sharon Kaschenbach graduated from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 1989. She has been practicing at Eldersburg Veterinary Hospital since 2000. She enjoys watching her patients grow from puppies and kittens to adults and than to senior pets. She has two dogs and a few cats. She is passionate about spaying and neutering all pets.

    Dr. Jill Ruderman graduated from the Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. She has a particular interest in cats and has fostered numerous orphaned kittens and shown her household pet cats. She also has a Basset Hound named Obie. She lives in Carroll County with her husband David, 4 year old son Eric, and new daughter Abigail.
